Planet V is a leading self-service platform for planning, buying, and selling premium addressable video advertising, supporting 99% of ITV’s video revenue. Since its 2020 launch, it has powered over 28,000 campaigns for more than 1,800 advertisers, serving a broad market that includes over 2,100 accounts—from major holding companies to independent agencies. With access to 40 million+ registered ITVX users and over 20,000 targeting combinations, the platform offers extensive audience segmentation and planning tools for advertisers and agencies, while also enabling broadcasters to showcase and sell their premium inventory in one place.
As Design Lead, I was responsible for defining the UX vision and driving the end-to-end design strategy, ensuring the platform was intuitive, data-driven, and user-centric. I led a cross-functional team, collaborated with stakeholders, and embedded user research into our process to continuously improve the experience for both buyers and broadcasters.
